Please help me with the name of this song?

I can't find the name to a recent song. Please help!?

• I have heard a song on the radio and seen the video on tv a few times, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. I can recall bits of it, but if someone knows the name of the song based on the clues below, I'd really appreciate your help: 1. The lead singer has red/ginger hair (It was not Ed Shearan) 2. The video mainly focused on his head, and the background was mainly colors I think. 3. One line is along the lines of 'tell me does the love hurt' or something similar. 4. Another line is '...it's a word I can't spell' 5. He has a really soft voice. 6. The song was released quite recently I guess, seen as it was on a popular music channel and Radio 1.
