What is the song I heard in Topshop?

Heard this french song and LOVED it, but can't find out what it is...a female vocalist sings in the chorus...?

a few french words that sound like c'est.... set set sonne...something like that...and during part of the song there is a man speaking french in a soft gentle voice...most of the song is singing and not speaking...i know this isn't much to go on, but i simply must find the song...someone said they thought it might be sung by april march, but i can't find any of her songs on you tube that sound like the one i heard. i heard the song at dr. weil's restaurant, TRUE FOOD in santa monica CA...wrote them an email, but never heard back... if anyone can help me hear this song again, i will be eternally grateful...and merci beaucoup! from texas Y'ALL!
