Im trying to find this song but i have no idea who sings it or what the song is called?

• so i will do my best to describe it, first of all its a rap and the song features and black kid on his bike just before a basketball court, the video was made in the US and that guy is rapping while walking along the pavement and i think his rapping about his wife that died or his son that died and his having flashbacks, i think the first time i heard this song was in 2003 or 2004 might of been later and at one point he looks up to the sky. that all i know if you have a idea what the song might be called please tell because it really started to annoy me that i cant find this song and it used to be popular back in the days thank you
