Dual Career Question?

Question about career planning and leadership?

• Hello, I was wondering the following very broad question: I am a man who hopes to have a business career (finished school two years ago) and it is a fact that having an enjoyable work experience is one of the most important factors to great success. As in the old motto "do what you love money will follow." One of the things in life that I have always admired is strong and powerful female leadership. I am the type of guy who always had great admiration for such great women business leaders such as Annita Rodnick, Meg Whitman, Carly Fiona, etc. I also have great admiration for the many less famous, but great women entrepreneurs, executives, and investment bankers who are smarter than me, more assertive than me, and more successful than me. Since, one should make one's business career as enjoyable as possible, how can I plan long term my business career to take into my account my love of great assertive, dynamic, and powerful female entrepreneurs and executives. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

  Hi David, You're on the right footing by agreeing that when you do what you love, the money will follow. Since you love strong, dynamic and assertive female leadership, why not begin by marrying one of such women (if you are not yet married) and by grooming your wife to be such a woman that you love; and then establishing a business school for women, where strong, assertive women could be trained, and with your wife playing an active role in coaching the women.
