What's a typical saturday job?

I have a few questions about getting a job at a new Regal theater.?

There will be a job fair this Friday - Sunday. I'm turning 16 on Saturday and school gets out for me on Thursday (I live in Anchorage, Alaska). I was wanting to work at concessions. 1) Would I have to go on Saturday or can I go on Friday? 2) Does anyone know whats its like to work at concessions? 3) Is there an age cut off to work at concessions? 4) Do I still have to get a work permit? 5) Do you have any tips to help improve my chances? Thanks
