How to get courage/motivation to find a new job a quit my current one.?

I have been working at this place for 10 years in August (I got this job my senior year in high school so this is still my first job), I am the only employee (which is one reason its so difficult for me to leave but that should not be my problem but it is b/c I am a loyal person). I am making very little money and have not had a rise in 5 or 6 years. I have no benefits no retirement. I am ready to start looking for a new job, but I have no clue as to how to start where to start, how to tell my current boss that I want to quit... I need help!!!!!!!!

Tell him you are not happy and do not know of anyone who has worked for a company and not had a raise in pay in 5 or 6 years. You should try and better yourself.

Your resume will be simple as you have had one job for ten years. Make a resume and find a job. Then tell your boss you are quitting. No raise in 5 or 6 yrs and you care still, that is pushing dumb loyal.
