What are some jobs that require a cool head under pressure?

I don't brag about myself in any way, shape, or form. But I have acquired the nickname "Cool Hand Luke" for my ability to remain calm when everyone else is panicking. I'm not talking pressure as in, "Oh no, my boss is going to be so mad". No, no, no. I'm talking "HOLY $HIT, THE BREAKS ARE OUT, WE'RE ALL GOING TO DIE!!!" pressure. So I was just curious, because I never really thought about it, what are some jobs that require this ability? I might like to look into it.
Answer:

EMT, paramedic, or ER Doctor. Also, weird as it sounds, chef or server in a restaurant. It gets extremely busy for a short period of time, and you have to stay calm and focused.
