A new law for unemployment in Wisconsin?

If I quit my job, can I collect unemployment in Wisconsin?

• I have worked for the company for 4 1/2 years. Been employed from 2006 to present. I was robbed in 2007 by a client and stayed with the company. Then in September 2010, I had my first child. My boss told me that I couldn't breastfeed at work or pump because the company doesn't facilitate it. I had to anyways regardless of her telling me no because first of all its against the law to not let me. So I would shut down the store for 15 minutes twice a day to pump. One time I got yelled at because a client was there. I explained to the client that I was expressing milk since I just had a baby. She didn't have a problem and understood, said she was just threaten by my boss because her account was over due. Later, my boss called and chewed me out for not being open. I considered that a danger (unsafe) to me personally. I also have worked for a total of 1 1/2 years alone in a building, 2 months of it was while I was 7-9 months pregnant. Then in January 2011, the company split to create a new product and they forced me to move to a new location, alone. Once again, I am working alone 6 days a week with no breaks. The entire time I have worked for the company I have not been allotted a break because I mostly work alone. Now just a few days ago, I called in sick and because my boss wasn't able to cover me, she said that unless I am in the ER, I am required to work. I feel that this is all considered reason for me to be allowed unemployment if I quit. Would this constitute enough reason for me to claim unemployment if I quit?
