What questions are asked a lot at teen job interviews?

Whenever I attend job interviews I freeze up and hesitate a lot when asked questions..?

  • I also tend to pretend to think about the question for a very long time and then I can never actually think of an answer... How can I improve on this?

  • Answer:

Think about what you felt went wrong at the last interview and improve on that. Practtice what your going to say before you get in there or make an outline of what you want to talk about. Let the employer start the conversation but you take control of it by sounding confident in yourself and your abilities, not to the point where you sound cocky or arrogant but just enough to make them remember you. Present an outline of yourself along with your resume and if time allows even a short power point including some hobbies to make it a bit more personal.
