Help needed in improving chances of getting an internship!?
-
I'm a 3rd year finance major with a 3.5 GPA, but I can't seem to land any internships because I have no experience in the field...which is why I need an internship. It's somewhat of a paradox. Does anyone have any recommendations/advice on what to do to help me land a financial internship because it's frustrating I can't get hired because I have no experience, but I can't get any experience because I can't get hired. Any advice will be appreciated!

Answer:
I suggest you get a couple of your finance professors to write you letters of recommendations and hopefully that could land you an internship. I know it seems a bit drastic but in you are in a difficult spot and it would be wise to get recommendations from your professors
