What happens in a group interview? Please help?
-
I've got an interview at primark tonight and I think it is going to be a group interview. By this, I mean everyone sitting in a circle and other potential employers and me will be asked to stand up and talk. What do I have to say?
-
Answer:
They'll probably just ask you questions like ''what do you think you could bring to the job?" or ''what do you consider to be your strengths?" You might be given a scenario as a group, eg an annoyed or angry customer, and you'll be asked how you would calm the situation and deal with it. Just emphasise how you like working with people, and are friendly and helpful with customers, and say how you love Primark clothes. Just try to be the most friendly, interesting person in the room and you''ll do fine. Good luck!
