How would I go about getting an IT job aboard?

How do I go about getting a part-time job as a college student?

• I"m home for the summer and bored, want a part time job. i have no experience and this will be my first job. HOW DO I GET ONE?? I applied to my local grocery stores, walmarts, targets, etc. online, and they say they'll call for an interview within 10 business days...BUT NOTHING EVER HAPPENS! its like they are ignoring me and just throw out my applications... i have great credentials, i go to Texas A&M (not a bad college), have a good gpa,...umm...well there really aren't any credentials you need to work a cashier and bag groceries...so wtf is the problem with them. I'm not an illegal immigrant, and i know simple math...hell i know complicated math as well. How can they not accept my application?? I mean i've applied to a dozen places and i get no response....sheesh, i'd probably have a better chance of getting accepted to Harvard than my local grocery store (seriously).
