How do I tell an employer I've been offered a better job?

• I recently just moved to an area and I've been job hunting. I've just been offered one job and I think i may about to be offered another one. Both jobs are casual hours but the second job I may be offered pending a medical examination will most likely have more hours then the one I've already accepted and most likely a better pay rate. If I do get the second job how do I tell the employer that I've already accepted a job with I no longer want the job as I've been offered a better job. Also I haven't actually started working at the first place as they have yet to email me an induction course that i need to complete first something they were suppose to send me 2 days ago.

  Just tell them you no longer feel the job is for you. You haven't even started yet, therefore a relationship hasn't been developed. It would be much harder if you started and got to know them, and then wanted to leave. All you have to do is call them.
