Anyone can be a writer, the problem is getting a paying job that supports you. DEA depends on luck and increasing you chances by getting a degree in the right field. You can get training in game design but getting a job is also based on luck and talent.

DEA is the only sure one that will make you a good living but you will never become famous either. Working for the DEA must be depressing though knowing you are fighting a war against something the majority of the people want and that no matter how much you ever do, your will not make even a dent in the illegal drug traffic. And that someday the laws will be loosened making the life work of almost everyone in the DEA moot.
