What to put on a job resume?

What should i put on my resume about this job?

  • I worked in the warranty department for ATT. I took phone calls and helped resolve issues for customers that had issues with phones. I tried fixing the phone, and if I could not, I either gave them a replacement or sent them to technical support. I don't know what to put on my resume for this. Also like should I put what skills I acquired? If so what would you put? Help would be appreciated.
