Dear Mohab, It's amazing to know that You are complaining in-spite of you are in high demand profession. If you are much skilled in Computer Maintenance Business, then you have unlimited opportunities ahead. People are looking for good skilled personnel and of course unlimited growth are there. Only thing you just have to MARKET YOURSELF properly. Anyhow, I can just give you few hints and tips for hunting good clients. It's up to your smartness How you take it and go ahead. 1. Approach (contact them personally without fear) those computer shops Or Vendors who are dealing with their regular clients. I am sure they must be lacking technicians on regular basis. Don't bag for the Job....instead Offer your service with enthusiasm. You can offer your after sales service as a part of regular follow-up on behalf of that company, Hands-on training to those who have just purchased but hesitate to operate on regular basis. 2. Refer your local newspapers' Classifieds and call those people who are looking for monthly maintenance contract Or who wants to sell their computer(s). Offer your service and help them to sell to those who are interested to purchase second hand computer. 3. Visit Trade Fair often and visit those companies who have participated. Show your Interest in them first and see opportunity if any way you can offer your service.... Ohhh...there are a lot of other creative ways to finding customers. But, If I will show you everything...you will be confused. So, better to think and explore your own mind. Spec. Note: Whatever you do, PLEASE GENERATE CREDIBILITY IN YOUR WORK. I'm having the same problem, only I went to school for marketing. I've been looking for recruiting agencies and spending time signing up for them like Volt, which has offices all over the United States. Also I went to a place that has temp to perm jobs which I was really hesitant about, but come to find out they have a lot of jobs in what I'm looking for and if the employer likes you they'll hire you on full time. Plus since I'm unemployed what do I have to lose, if I don't like the job I can go back to the agency and they can place me in something else. Hope this helps. I would just google "Computer Tech Recruiters in (whatever state you live in)" They're paid by the company that's looking for help so there's no cost to you, and sometimes they can be very helpful, other times not so much.

Why don't you search in Job Portal Sites? Hope you have certificates with you.
