Looking for job as police officer, criminal record?

So I have a criminal justice bachlors degree from St. Johns University...?

• does anyone have an idea what kind of jobs I can apply for or what kind of jobs I am now qualified for? I go online and see a ton of listing looking for people with economic degrees, accounting degrees, law school doctorates, etc. I dont see anything anywhere that says "we are looking for people with criminal justice backgrounds." I dont want to be a cop, I am looking for a career path that I am qualified for after completing 4 years at an expensive school. The school was $40k a year, Im not looking to be a police officer walking the streets of New York City for $30k a year. I hope I dont sound picky about what I want to do, Im just looking for a nice list of options that I would be able to choose from other than being a police officer. Should I go back to school? everyone says I should, the unemployment rate is 10%, but Im already in a ton of debt. I want to use my degree to get a good job and start paying my bills on time and move into a nice house (eventually). If anyone has any tips on web sites I should look for jobs or places I can go to ak someone, I wold really appreciate it. Thanks guys

  The obvious question is why did you major in criminal justice? What were your desires when you went into criminal justice? What have other graduates from your class done?
