How to dress for a restaurant job interview?

Help with my Job interview at a restaurant!?

I have a job interview this monday at a restaurant that is Mediocre-Fancy. It is an open call interview so it's not like i'm anything special for it lol. 1. It says that they'll give me a "short pop quiz" on some food service basics. What kind of questions could these possibly be?! 2. I have food experience, but not all that much. I was a waitress for about 3 months until I quit and now i'm working as a cashier somewhere else. (I'm applying for the job as a Hostess) 3. What should I wear? I was thinking High Waisted Black Dress Pants with a White Button Up. Does that sound okay? 4. What kind of questions will they ask me there? PS. I'm only 17 years old, so I won't have an advantage compared to someone who's older.. :( so any tips would be great! :D
