What to expect at a group job interview?

• What to expect at a group job interview? I applied at a movie theater and got an interview for thursday. this is my first interview im 15. My friend applied there and sadly did not get hired but she said it was a group interview. They asked her what her fav food was, and what is the differnce between a guest and a customer. What should i say and what should i wear

  Don't be nervous! :) be calm and be yourself. What the manager wants to see, is a person who is friendly and approachable. Participate with the activities, answer the question and take initiative. Don't get intimidated by the other applicants. And a guest is someone who is invited to come. It makes the guest feel like they're wanted and special. A customer has a negative conotation. Pretty much as if they're just wanted for their money and that's something the theatre does not want. Wear something with a businessy feel. Like you're serious about impressing the manager. Its better to look professional.
