What is a successful Job in Fashion Industry?

Do you need to have an A level in textiles to be able to have a job in the fashion industry?

• Basically I've got two options, a music teacher and a job in fashion but I don't know which one yet and I want to know if you need an A level in textiles to be able to get a job doing marketing or fashion journalism or will an Art and Design A level with aspects of textiles be suitable? Thanks

  Well , like me. i want to be a fashion designer when im older. i love sketching and drawing and art and all that stuffs. The fashion industry is an incredibly hard place. its not just a matter of drawing a design and hey ho, you'll become a designer. You have to stand out in the fashion industry. Hard work, determination and hell alot of competitivity. Jobs in the fashion industry consist of Fashion designer Model Fashion journilist Photographer and alot more. A music teacher, i wouldn't no much about. Im a rubbish singer and me and musical stuff dont go well so im not exactly an expert. To be honest i think its not about the one your best at but the one you actually want to do, the one you dreamt about doing. Whcih ever it is.. put alot of work and effort into and you'll achieve it Hope this helped you And also a levil in textile to be in the fashion industry. Ive heard many great fashion designer never had a gcse or a level in art or textiles. But that i dont quite know ! :) x Good luck x
