What are the signs that job interview went well?

How do you think my job interview went? Advice, thoughts etc would be nice!?

• went for this job interview for a bartender at a nightclub, I have to admit I spent ages getting ready, so, I guess I did feel pretty attractive and Im young, fit etc. The interview was not what I expected though it only took about five minutes and he only asked me one question in total. It was "have you had any experience working in a bar" and I said "not really to be honest". He said that was fine because its very easy work. He spent like ten minutes just telling me about the job; it wasn’t like an interview, more like a casual chat. And he kept telling me what the pay was. And told me I was on their contact list for whenever they needed staff, So I was on the contact list before the interview? It seemed more like he was the one that wanted me, instead of me wanting the job. He was like I’m very sorry I made you come all the way down here just for five minutes etc. Is that negative, as in I havent got the job? And then he gave me a really cute smile as I walked out and just said that he’ll be in touch within two weeks. I think it is quite possible that the minute I walked in he just decided on my looks, so he didn’t feel the need to ask any questions or did he write me of and that’s why the interview was so short? i do think these kind of jobs are largely rated on appearance am I right? I dont know what to think!

  Probably was your looks. Clubs and bars are shallow places anyway, and the managerial people are usually seedy or drug dealers.
