When should I start looking for a summer job?
-
I'm currently a college freshman and I want to start working in mid may when the summer break starts. I have had a paid summer internship before (and i did volunteer work for 3 years), but I have never had a real job. When do you think I should start to look for a summer job? Also, where should I look? I really want to work full time over the summer, so the more hours the better. I live in Rochester, NY if that helps at all. Any and all advice would be appreciated!

Answer:
Most schools have their own website for students searching for jobs. You should check out if your school has one and use it. Are you looking for any type of job or a research job? You can try asking your professors. Good luck! Edit: Your school doesn't have a career fair? It's really never too early to look for jobs, you just don't want to be too late.
