Retail job interview question?

hi, i have a interview tomorrow and im stuck on one question witch is "what are your future plans" so can someone help me with this? basically my future plans are to start of as a sales assistant (its a sales assistant position) and slowly work my way up. can someone please help me and put that in a good and better sentence? i really need this job so i would appreciate it if someone helped me..thanks

Here's something that sounds intelligant: I have been considering to just stay as a salesman/woman but i have decided i will try my very best to be succesful and work my way up to be a----(whatever it is you want to be).

they mean your future plans in life. Like do you plan on getting a college degree and other things.
