Background check for a job?

Did i get a job?? Drug test and background check done. ?

• Drugtest and background check done 2 days ago-did I get a job? This is my first time working with a temp agency. I am looking for a job. I got a call from my recruiter asking will i be interested in working 5-7 days contract assignment? If yes,The client wanted drugtest and background check done(for 5 days assignment???) anyways, I took the drugtest on the same day. Lab corp said they will send the results to employer in 24-48 hrs. Q- When do they check your background and test ? Will I get an interview after I pass the test or I got the assignment? Thanks

  If you pass the checks/ tests you should have the assignment. If you don't hear from the temp agency by Tues. morning I would give them a call. Congrats!
