Is Lawyer the career for me?

Career Advice, Torn Between Two Future Careers, Doctor/Lawyer ..Help?

• Im in Yr9 in England at the minute and I either want to be a lawyer or a Consultant doctor etc. I have chosen History and R.S (Religious studies) for the lawyer, after research into it and discovering that I need them both. I have also chosen triple science for the doctor part. For my third option I just chose BTEC Graphic design because I enjoy it. I enjoy science, especially biology and chemistry alot and think that I would thoroughly enjoy a medical profession. To add, withought sounding selfish I would also be very interested in the money. However, my mum had a bit of experience in and around courts, and it interested me. I am a confident, good public speaker and have before showed a talent in building up my argument. My 'research' also proved for the lawyer to be paid less though. I am stuck as to what, and was wondering if anyone was in either of these jobs, knew the salary, and could prove my 'research wrong'? Any advice would be appreciated.

  The medical world holds a rich vein of different careers from the obvious nurse and doctor careers to adminstrative careers. My sister really wanted to work in this field, but she wasn't sure precisely what she really wanted to do.
