What is a high paying sales position??

Sales Associate position at Sears?

• Hello. I applied to Sears, and they only had two positions open: Sales Associate (Commissioned) and Sales Associate (100% Commissioned). I would just like to know what is the difference, and will I be getting paid hourly? Anyone work a sales associate position before? Whats the difference between a sales associate position and a store associate position?

  Frankly I don't know, you reminded me about a seasonal Christams type job I had selling men's clothing at a department store. If somebody wanted a pair of socks, I'd ring it up. If they wanted something expensive, I'd ask one of the permanent guys to ring it up for me. Sometimes the customers thought I was being mean to the guys I made ring the register for me and I explained to them that those people were on commission. The customers liked that. They never squealed on us.
