Are all of Macy's Interviews Group Interviews?

Question about group interviews.?

• I just received an email inviting me to a group interview tomorrow for a retail shop; the shop is fashion for active women (gym, sports etc) I have never been to a group interview an I'm not to sure what to expect. I'm worried as I was told that you have to really have a voice and I'm a naturally shy person although I do want to try and be more spoken the interview but I'm not to sure how to do so. What do group interviews require, could you please give me some information about them and/or personal experiences from attending them. The group interview is at a fitness & well being center and I'm not to sure whether to wear my normal interview clothes (black pants/white top/flats) or something more active. Thanks.

  Many peeps get stuck when they are trying to settle what to wear at an interview. Personally I'm from the old school, I am of the opinion that formal wear is never incorrect; you can get some tips from the resource in the box below, they also have loads of stuff on job hunting.
