What to do for a job interview?

What is my final job interview going to consist of?

  • I know there are other questions similar on the web, but I have a little different scenario that most of what I have seen. I am interviewing with a large foods company. I have been interviewed twice, and invited for a third. Here are the facts in chronological order: 1) My first interview was with the hiring manager, we'll call him Mr A. and his direct report, Mr. B. Mr. B would be my boss. 2) Second interview was more intense, conducted by Mr B and his direct reports, Mr. C and Mr D. I would work directly with Mr C and D if hired. 3) I have been invited for a third (and presumably final) interview, with HR. From what I have learned online and through experience, the standard process seems to be HR screening first, then move slowly up the chain of command, with the hiring manager having the final opportunity and say in hiring. I have been told by Mr B, that things like salary will be discussed in that interview. I seemed to have a good rapport with everyone, and my expectation is that this series of interviews will culminate in an offer, but I don't want to blow it now. What in the world can I expect from the HR interview? A real interview for example, or more of an introduction to company policies, salary, benefits, etc, in essence, an offer?? Any advice on preparation for this final interview would be most appreciated!!
