How long do you have to wait after your first telephone interview?

Unemployment telephone interview letter outcome issue, input please?!?

• I've been unemployed for a while now. I thought if I enrolled in some classes it would help. So I took a language course that was during the day from 10:30 to 1 pm and a night class on Monday & Wednesday nights. I still looked for week from 8am to 10am then after the class from 1 to 4 pm. I didn't think taking classes would be an issue, but it was and it triggered a telephone interview. So they asked and I told them about the class so they denied for my claim for 3 weeks. I did look for work but understand where they're coming from. So I dropped the class and want to reopen my claim. When I called to tell them I dropped the class, they said the night class won't really be an issue, but they said I need another telephone interview. Then Today I received the outcome letter of my first telephone interview and it said "you are ineligible to receive benefits under California unemployment insurance code beginning 6/26/11 and ending when the disqualifying conditions no longer exist, and you contact the above office to reopen your claim." I DON"T UNDERSTAND this part, "and ending when the disqualifying conditions no longer exist, and you contact the above office to reopen your claim." Does that mean I can't get benefits at all?! Does that mean when I call to try and reopen my claim, I'll be denied benefits?! Please share your opinion or input. Thanks....

  It's depends on your age and where you live as well, type of car, etc. I would shop insurance coverage online and get quotes from various insurance companies. Try a reputable site like: http://www.insurance-companies.info
