What are some good odd jobs?

What are some odd jobs you won't likely find in your local classifieds?

  • Being a video game player I love those rpgs with unusual occupations and odd jobs you'd find on a board in a pub or from some guild. I started thinking about how boring and system-driven most modern day careers you find in the newspaper or jobs.com are. While I don't expect to see offers for ridding some dude's basement of monsters, I know there has got to be more jobs/careers out there then the same things we see in the classifieds everyday. Without going into anything crime-related or sexual, does anyone know of any adventurous or odd jobs that exist but no one ever really thinks about? Those jobs that you dont need a handful of degrees and experience so you can start just before you retire. Better yet, is there any sites that post odd jobs?
