How can I get inbound/outbound call process?

I am still in the interviewing process, will I get hired by this call centre?

• It's my best option for now. But then again, they know I have better than average computer skills, and have exhibit intelligence. As you have to go through a internet screening test. What frustrates me, that after you apply for a job, they interview you on the phone, then you get to their workplace. For the 2nd part,At the workplace, you get interviewed once and get asked your strength and weakness, and demonstrate some selling skills and testing your voice. Then for 3rd part, you have to sit by aside a call agent at a section of the workplace and then get interviewed. The first time I interviewed, I got accepted, unfortunately I couldn't make it to the training program due to other family obligations. I got called back for another interview. This time, only sitting with a call agent and interviewing. They said I wasn't selected. And now, I have to wait for another call to try out another section. I am in debt and am anxious to get there. I'm also frustrated but realized I have to be patient. I have no idea, how long this interviewing process will work?
