What is the age requirement to work at Best Buy in Chicago?

Will I be able to apply for a job at Best Buy's geek squad at 15?

• I'm only 15 years old, but I'd like to get a job at Best Buy working with geek squad as a CIA(Counter Intelligence Agent). Geek squad gives no specific age requirement to work with them on their website, but Best buy says I should be at least 16 years old. Geek squad also does not say I need a certification of any type or degree to work there. I was wondering if Best Buy would overlook a 5 month difference in age if I had my A+ 220-701 certification for hardware and installation? I do not need my CompTIA A+ certification to apply, but would that maybe get me on their good side? Do you think they'd let me apply and possible get the job if I'm only 5 months away from being 16? EXTRA INFO: I've been studying software(Programming) for almost 4 years now. And have about 1/2 year experience with hardware installation/management. And meet all of the qualifications for the CompTIA A+ certification. I've made arrangements with my High School IT Teacher(My shop class) to take the certification test at a testing center near my area and plan to pass. Thanks in advance for all help.
