What to put in a resume and cover letter?

Hi. I'm 16, finished year 10 and do not want to continue any further with school. I do not have any previous experience but I want to get a full time job; hopefully at the bookshop in my city. I want to be an Author and am working on my first novel. Mum said I have to have a job if I don't want to go to year 11 and 12. I don't even care that much about the money, I just really want this job, I love books. What could I say to let them know that I will work very hard for this. Any tips? What should I put in my resume and cover letter? Thanks. Random fact: A fetus develops fingerprints at eighteen weeks!
