What are the questions asked at a Target Interview?

What should i answers if asked these questions in tomorrow's interview?

I have unemployed for a while and struggling, i really need this job badly which is a service center desk or customer service. please any advice for tomows interview, i know they will ask me these questions what do you thinkg should i reply, specially the first question: 1-Tell me about a conflict you had with your employer and how you resolved?.. 2-why are you leaving your current job?..(i work at target). any questions that you think i will be asked please give me tips and advice. thanks
