What type of pharmacist works in walgreens or cvs?

  • im thinking about becoming a pharmacist, i want to know what kind of pharmacist works in cvs or walgreen or safeway? and how much you get paid a year? and how much school does this require?? i appreciate if u can answer these questions. i really need to know. this is something i really want to do. and any websites that can give me info on the type of pharmacist i want to be will help.. thanks.

    There really aren't "types" of pharmacists. Walgreens and/or CVS are simply one common place that pharmacists work. Pharmacists can earn well over $100,000/year, but require 2-3 years post-grad study

lmfao a pharmacist is a pharmacist. there's no special type. smh. salary varies but starting pay is about $70,000/year. You have to go to pharmacy school... rutgers, liu, buffalo, uconn, etc
