    Both infact.. Its Vice Versa.. It also depends on the organization... In most officers Office wer the administration is strict, Administrator gets more salary than the assistant. But in some offices Assistant gets money than a Admin in form of bribe because Admin gets just the salary say $1000 or Rs.1000 and no more but Assistant get just salary of $350 or Rs350 but gets bribe of about more that $2000 or Rs2000 so as the more the work paper from assistant to higher official. So who make big amount here its Assistant.. For an folk example, its like between minister's official officers and the PA.. Simply, Wen speaking in terms of Org, Admin gets more. It terms of Bribe, Assistant get more.. ;-)
