Some good answers to interview questions?

• So I have a interview at In-N-Out tomorrow and since I've never had a job I was just wondering what are some common interview questions that I might be asked, or just any questions that you think may be asked. Some good answers to the questions would be nice too.

  I'll help you out. I work there. The MAIN thing is customer satisfaction. If you drive home the point that you will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy, whoever the manager you are being interviewed by will see you as valuable. Another huge thing is integrity. Are you going to be doing your job just as good, if not better, if no one is around to watch you and commend you? That is one thing my manager looks for all the time because they cannot always ensure that every employee is doing everything right all the time. Its a hard job and there are a lot of places to cut corners, you have to prove that you won't cut those corners. Another huge thing: SMILE. That is one of the key things that they look for. They can teach you to work, but they can't teach you to smile. Good luck.
