Help with a sears job?

i applied at sears and then scheduled an interview. i had my first interview and they mmediately asked me to come in the following dayfor another interview. that interview went well the guysaid "im getting a good vibe from you, and im gona give your paperwork to the cashier manager (position i applied for) and he'll give you a call and thats where the job offer will be made" so he was apparently supposed to call today or tomorrow, and the guy said if he doesnt call then call him on tuesday. so watsup do you think their backround checking me or something? whats going on am i in for good news? thanks for the help in advance guys.
