What's a good career path that i can start right away?

okay so i currently work at a local coffee shop and it's really not cutting it for me. i'm really trying to think of what to do for a career. i want to do something i can start very soon, or at least something i can start training/school for. i'd really like to do something with an internship, or i be a social worker. i really just don't know. any ideas? i'm great with people, have cashier and food service experience, i can type quickly, spell well, and love art and english. i'm eighteen with a high school diploma. heeelp?!
