    My favorites are Simplyhired.com or Indeed.com as they pull in information from all sources, company sites, local newspapers etc. I find that their job listings are also current as opposed to some other job boards. As this job market is so tight, many employers no longer advertise open positions - this is known as the hidden job market. Rather they rely on corporate recruiters to search for candidates for these positions. The best approach to combat this is to build a profile on LinkedIn and develop a strong professional online presense so that recruiters can fine you.
