What charge should I put on my application for employment?

My application ask if I was convicted of, or plead guilty to anything other then traffic violations, I was charged with drug abuse but my lawyer got the charge mandated to disorderly conduct, so which one should I put as a conviction on my application, drug abuse or disorderly conduct?

Disorderly Conduct. If it was reduced, then it is Disorderly Conduct. Much better on an application then having DRUG USER on it, it's hard to get hired as a junkie, Hollywood has made the motherfuckers look like thieving bastards who will sell their own mother for a nickle and a 8ball. You can also put $3.50 US Dollars as the "CHARGE" on the application. Hope that helped.
