Advice on how I can get a job?

How can I get a job? Please give me advice...?

  • In August '08 I was in a car accident. I had transportation issues and instead of telling my employer that I would need to give 2 weeks notice and quit my job, I decided to try and make it work. I was late too many times and missed two days and was fired in December '08. I've been looking for work for 8 months now and no one will hire because I was fired for attendance problems from my last job. 8 months is a long time to be without work and I feel if I can't get a job in the next couple months I'll have to turn to some sort of illegal work to make money. What should I do?

    Start growing the natural 'erb. Na, you might have to start from scratch again. Try working at a Supermarket/Walmart place. You know, prove to people that you are a hard worker. Or, ask family for help. I'd ask family for help if I was in the same situation as you, they know your background. And if they love you (which I'm sure they do.) they'll give you a job. Or help you. Hope you get a job again.

when u put your reason for leaving your last job on an application put medical and thats it. go to school for medical assistant and you will never be with out a job. school is only a couple months and a lot of states offer free training in that field. If all else fails there is always your states national guard. it is free job training and they will pay u and give u benifits to learn. and it is only 1 weekend a month and 2 weeks a year. and your gonna get in shape and get a sexy body.

You can always do surveys online like I do. I earn over 300 per week doing that. It's not a lot but it helps me out a lot.
