What jobs are out there in the communications field?

Careers with a communications degree?

I am currently in my sophomore year at the University of North Florida getting a degree in communications, specifically public relations. It has recently occurred to me that i really have no idea what kind of career field I would be going into. Does anybody know what specific jobs i would get related to my degree? How would I go about getting these jobs? Are there any jobs I can get now that can provide related experience for a future in this career?
