Quitting abusive job respectfully?

Quitting a job I just started..?

• Ok, so i was looking for a second job because my first job is just part time and I don't get quite enough hours. I went to an interview for an overnight cashier at a grocery store, but he called me back telling me he thinks somebody else would be better suited for this position but really liked my personality and how I interviewed. So he offered me a job as daytime cashier and promised we could work around my other job which is fantastic. Today was my first day here and it went well but it was just training. So here is my problem, they need to know my availability every monday for the week following, but my first job has no way of telling me my schedule until tuesday. It was VERY difficult to figure out my availability for next week but we did figure it out. Also when I got home I was told that a family friend could hire me at a different grocery store, which happens to be the one I turned down a job at a few months back (which also has better pay) I am going to call this other grocery store tomorrow to see if they could better help with my scheduling and availability problem and if they can, I intend to quit my second job for the new one. My question is, HOW do I quit my job that I just started today? And also I am afraid to have to go in and tell them I quit, because when do I turn in my uniform? The same day I quit? And would I have to put my 2 week notice in even though I just started training there and don't know how to do ANYTHING? I have never quit a job before and I am just so clueless when it comes to WHEN I should do it and HOW. BTW I also have training for the next 3 nights in a row.
