How to get a homesitting job?

iam a housewife with two kids.both my kids move to school.so untill they come to home evening i want to do work from home.but my qualification is bachelors of science in biotechnology(under graduate).and i have no work experience.and also now i cant go for further courses out.only i have is better computer knowledge.can i get a home sitting job?so what is the best home sitting job and where can i find it correct?
