The first time they usually interview about 10 people. The second time around they have it narrowed down to the top 3 or so. The second interview is usually with the big boss too, not just the manager. Be sure to look your best, think about every answer before you open your mouth to speak, SMILE a lot, say yes sir and yes mam at every opportunity. Show that you respect their position of authority. Answer every question, don't go on and on or babble. If they have a website, go through that prior to the interview. If they have a goal, then try to incorporate their goal into your answers. This is probably your final chance to shine at the interview. Do it well. Take a deep breath before you enter the room. I had one second interview that I thought I would just nail and I ended up getting totally tongue tied and I was so nervous I swear that I almost forgot my name. I looked like a complete idiot and lost my chance there. Try to remember that these are just people too. A lot is riding on this. You need to be confident and sure of yourself.
