Interview with sainsburys?

• HI, I already attended two times interview with sainsburys, Both of the times i got rejected, still i am trying to find out what mistake i did. Meanwhile, Just now i got one more interview opportunity with sainsburys for different position. This time i am really scared to attend the interview. But i badly need this job. I don't know where i am going wrong. If someone helps me how to clear the interview it would be helpful for me. Especially the personal interview. Waiting for your valuable replies.

  Just because you were not hired before does not mean that you did anything wrong at the interview. All that it means is that they felt that someone else was a better fit for the position at hand. The fact that you are being invited in for consideration for other positions actually is a GOOD sign that they think that you may be a good fit for some other position. If any previous interviewer felt that you just did not fit the company culture or had made any grievous errors, you'd have been flagged for no more consideration and would not be scheduled for your current interview. I usually do a quick "brain dump" after every interview and make notes on any questions that I did not anticipate, how I could have better answered the questions that I did answer, and any "errors" that I had made. Merely writing those things down goes a long way to polishing your interviewing skills. Take a deep breath, practice your most engaging smile and firm handshake, and go knock 'em dead!
