How can i get a job? i don't have experience, and i never will if i can't get a job!?

i worked at mc donalds but my GOSHHH! worse experience ever. i hated that job i only worked ther for a month cuz i couldn't stand it 1st of all i only had 4 o3 hours of work. 2nd of all the work place was like far from my home and 3rd of all one of the managers didnt like me at all she was always judging me as if she was jealous of me cuz i started as cashier and it was my 1st job and usually they all have to start low and i started up high cuz i know english. the thing is that i quit! and i cant find a job,, i get rejected. or i need experience is hard! i am gona start college this yr but i still need a job to pay some loans i owe from the last college i went to man this sucks. i need help and i need a job. ppl tell me to work for cha cha or other networks from home but i dont want that type of job. and man it gets me all depress that i cant do anything to help my family :( i am 19 years old and i still cant get a good job :( i am ashame of my self...and i wish there were more oportunity to work..

I guess it all depends upon the kind of skills you bring to the job u're applying. If ur McD job didn't go well dont lose hope; you can gain valuable skills through volunteering. So, my advice would be even if u're not able to get a paid job go volunteer. Gaining a good volunteering position is relatively easy as everybody likes unpaid work.After having some experience u wud definitely be in a better position. hope this helps.
