Need some advice on with my job. I got laid off at in December of 2008.?

For 7 months I have collected unemployment. Then in July of 2009 I got lucky and landed a job. This current job is not great and it does not provide any future career growth whatsoever. All it is is a job. There are numerous things about it that I particularly don't like about it. Several reasons is that it is a night position. Now that might not be such a bad position if everything was all well and dandy. Other reasons is that I have to work on the weekend as well. The hours are long. The people I have to work with including management stinks..In fact there really is no management that is effective in any means. The question I have is....as bad as the job is, should I stay in it? By staying in it there is an advantage in that I build stability on my resume. Currently I have a total of 9 years experience in the field. Different variety, but all within the realm of my profession. Or should I look somewhere else for a better opportunity? Currently my resume displays 4 jobs. Aside from the job I currently have my previous job I worked 1.5 years (got laid off) . The job prior to that 9 months ( better $$$ at nxt job). The job prior to that 1.5 years ( had to move for family reasons) and the job prior to that 6 years. If I were to venture and look for another job now, should I include the job I currently have on my resume or should I completely avoid it, so it looks like I am still unemployed?
