How do I prepare for a job interview?

I had a flash interview today with the manager of a frozen yogurt place, & tomorrow I am meeting the owner & the manager again. How do I prepare for this? Mainly, what do I wear (Are nice, unripped dark denim skinny jeans okay?) What do I say for the about you part? Anything else? his is my first interview & my parents are no help right now:/ Thanks in advance!!

No jeans. Go with the female equivalent of dress pants and a tucked in button-down shirt, whatever that may be. Also, go online and find out as much as you can about their business beforehand. For the "about me" part, focus on your good qualities, such as what subjects you are good at in school, any sports you like, and any good qualities you can think of. Try to think of qualities that employers would like: punctuality, hard working, ambition, etc. Be prepared to back anything up with examples in case they ask.
